Back Office Specialist
Main Responsibilities
- Executing Demand Side Response stress events
- Ongoing contact with external and internal customers
- Cooperation with external institutions such as DSO, TSO
- Providing high quality customer service, as well as building strong and trusting relationships with
customers
- Providing continuous education and training of customers and partners
- Verification of the completeness and correctness of the documents provided by customers
- Maintaining an archive (analogue and digital) of contracts and other documents relating to clients,
partners, agents in the sale of services
- Billing customers and partners
- Carrying out analyses of the electricity consumption profile
- Reporting on tasks performed
Key Requirements
Required
- Minimum of two years' experience working in back office, sales or sales support – preferably in
the renewable energy market
- Fluent Polish (minimum C1) and communicative level of English (minimum B2)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. vertical search)
- Good computer skills
- High business awareness – we require fast action when needed
- Ability to provide effective customer service
- Excellent organisation of work and ability to work in a team
- Logical approach to performing tasks
Advantageous
- Experience working in cooperation with OSD, OSP in Poland
