Salary: $5/hour USD base with Commission on Sales (bi-weekly)

High Performers can earn $2,000 - $2,500 USD each month in salary!

The ideal rockstar will be responsible for executing real estate acquisition sales. They must have sales and customer service experience to have real success in this role. The ideal candidate is a GO-GETTER and is solution-oriented. The idea of a challenge excites this person, and improving processes to create more sales drives them. A Leader in their own right, and a team player is what we need!

Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales environment as a rep or sales manager
  • A successful and proven sales history
  • Self-motivation and drive required
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow-up & respond to all sales leads that are generated by you or our system to increase sales
  • Use the CRM daily to manage & update pipeline of prospects and potential sales leads in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with potential clients and help overcome objections to generate more sales
  • Act as lead contact for all sellers and communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
  • Schedule and conduct appointments & negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
  • Ability to quickly learn the real estate industry and the real estate specific systems / technologies
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have and maintain our current marketplace position
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved

  • Attend business meetings and trainings as required
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

  • Must have cold calling or sales experience (with a proven track record)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,291,896 - $8,229,740 per month
