This position is responsible for….

The Order Processor is responsible for receiving and accurately entering orders from customers and Sales Representatives in a timely manner. S/he is also responsible for various reporting on brace orders, Breg Feedback Forms (BFFs), orders entered and assists the team and other departments in a variety of projects.


Your day will be very busy… you will:

  • Receives customer orders through a variety of sources including fax, email, mail, internal customers and other Customer Care Representatives.

  • Enters data into the Oracle system with accuracy and within department performance indicators.

  • Makes outbound calls to Sales Reps/Customers if clarification on order information is needed.

  • Issues Credit/Rebills to the Credit/Rebill Processor when applicable.

  • Works with the brace line to ensure accurate information is relayed when handling returns.

  • Backs up mailroom including processing of invoices and statements and outgoing mail.

  • Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.

What your background will be:

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, order processing or customer service preferred.
  • Order Processing requirements at 50+ WPM.
  • Proficiency with programs such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as the ability to compose and understand data grouping and data selection criteria and formulas. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Previous Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Must attend annual HIPAA training and be held under strict compliance to the healthcare privacy code.

Work Schedules include...

  • 9AM EDT start.
  • 5PM EDT finish.

Salary/Pay Range: $16.00/hr - $18.75/hr

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay for the United States. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, etc.
