Our client is a global MNC, one of the most established pioneers in the chemical manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Executive (AR) to be part of their Finance team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of the Finance Executive (AR)
- Monitoring Accounts Receivable Collections
- Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation and customer statement of accounts
- Compliance and Reporting
- Performing reconciliations and confirmations for debtors, including inter-company transactions
- AR Billing Management:Processing billing requests, cancellations, and credit/debit notes
- Support for Audits and Month-End Closing
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in business/accountancy or relevant study
- At least 2 years of relevant AR experience is preferred
- Able to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
