- Project Management: You will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing our project portfolio, ensuring that they are executed within scope, schedule, and budget while maximizing the timely creation of value for our customers. Additionally, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving continuous improvement in our project management processes, fostering efficiency, and elevating the overall quality and speed of our project execution
- Stakeholder Communication: You will act as a bridge between our internal teams and external stakeholders, being the primary point of contact for our clients and ensuring that their requirements are well understood and met in alignment with our Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams.
- Resource Allocation: Drive dynamic resource allocation strategies, considering project priorities, team proficiencies, and the need for agility.
- Product Advocacy: In this role, you will effectively convey our product vision, goals, and progress to a diverse set of stakeholders, including executives and customers, while also ensuring that project activities are aligned with that vision.
- Fluent in both English and German
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS startup; Project Management certification is a plus
- Proficiency in project management, especially in handling multiple complex, process-heavy projects that demand agile resource allocation
- Proven familiarity with software development and technology trends
- Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a strong ability to keep all stakeholders in the loop and on the same page
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Customer-centric mindset, empathy, and ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with stakeholders
