We are a vibrant and dynamic restaurant seeking Front of House Staff to join our team. Our restaurant is committed to providing exceptional customer service, delicious food, and an unforgettable dining experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant

Manage reservations and seating arrangements

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner

Provide recommendations on menu items and wine selections

Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Maintain a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:

Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Bayswater, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Front end development: 1 year (Preferred)
