Responsibilities

< /div> The e-commerce governance and experience team is responsible for ensuring that the e-commerce ecosystem is safe and reliable for our users, sellers, and influencers. We hope that product managers who are passionate about ecological governance will join us to solve complex ecosystem problems by implementing platform rules, discovering and solving risks, evaluating core indicators, and designing ecological mechanisms, so as to build a healthy e-commerce ecosystem. 1. Responsible for the overall planning and construction of the internationalized e-commerce governance platform, including the construction of governance engines, middle and back-office capabilities such as disposal platforms, and the construction of front-end products such as reward and punishment platforms and equity centers 2. Responsible for the internal operation tools and products of internationalized e-commerce Construction 3. Optimize operational efficiency, improve platform governance effects, and be able to precipitate a product architecture solution with high scalability and strong scalability in multi-country and multi-business scenarios 4. Oriented by international business, it can promote cross-regional and cross-functional cooperation , and work closely with legal affairs, operations, algorithm, risk control, R&D and parallel product teams 5. Able to understand the business in depth according to the complex business environment, propose creative problem-solving ideas and methods, and effectively solve difficult problems.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above of e-commerce mid-background/rule engine/open platform and other related work experience 2 , Have a product architecture thinking, have a certain business awareness and sensitivity 3, have a certain data sensitivity and data analysis ability, be able to detect problems and opportunities, drive business growth, and effectively solve problems 4, Goal-driven, and sufficient Self-driven, able to discover, improve and perfect product needs driven by data 5. Have excellent communication skills, be able to find problems, solve problems, and make good plans 6. Because of the need to cooperate with overseas teams, be able to use English as work Language Bilingual candidates are preferred.
