About the Role:
Your task as an International Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) is to convince potential customers of our solutions via phone or email and schedule appointments for your colleagues in the sales team. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who aspires to a career in sales and wants to have a significant impact on a rapidly growing B2B SaaS start-up. This is designed as an entry-level role, but by your first performance reviews, if you like us and you met your goals, we’ll discuss the opportunity for you to advance to an Account Executive position.

Tasks

On a typical day, you will:
  • Take care of the phone and email outreach to online shops in the Netherlands and Sweden. The contact details of potential customers will be provided to you in our CRM system (Pipedrive).
  • Explore new markets and identify expansion opportunities within the European market.
  • Generate initial interest in our products among customers and schedule appointments for your colleagues in the sales team.
  • Taking responsibility for managing and maintaining your leads in our CRM system to effectively track the sales process and document information.
  • You can contribute your own ideas to optimize sales processes and participate in their implementation.
  • Your daily tasks are crucial for helping the sales team achieve its goals.
Requirements

Your qualifications:
  • You have previous experience in professional customer interaction (e.g., in sales). This is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • You possess a strong interest in B2B sales and ideally seek a long-term career in a sales position.
  • You are resilient in the face of setbacks. Rejections do not discourage you, they encourage you to exceed expectations.
  • You possess a goal-oriented mindset, always keeping key performance indicators (KPIs) in focus, and are self-motivated.
  • You possess excellent communication and persuasion skills and are highly proficient in English. Dutch and Nordic Language speakers are also welcome to apply.
  • You do not need to be an e-commerce expert, but an interest in topics such as startups, online marketing, or artificial intelligence is desirable.
