Job Descriptions:
- Canvass potential tenants and collecting database.
- Attend location survey with potential tenants.
- Prepare and secure lease agreement documents w/ tenants and monitor its effective period.
- Prepare reports related with lease activities, occupancy rate, tenant database, potential tenant database, vacancies, etc.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Casual Leasing / Leasing Staff in Malls.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer Literate (Ms. Office).
- Have a good Sales / Marketing and Administrative Skills.
- Highly adaptable.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
