Senior Organizational Development Consultant [Israel]


 

EY is looking for an Organizational Development and Change expert with strong consulting experience to lead impactful projects as part of a growing People Advisory team. In this role, you will partner with a wide range of clients to successfully scale and improve their businesses, while enabling an exceptional people experience.

EY has a strong, global People Advisory Practice, and we need strategic professionals that enjoy being part of an energetic team that is hands-on, creating from the ground-up, and have deep experience working on business transformations, organizational change and the HR aspects of global and national businesses.


What would you be doing as a Sr. Organizational Consultant? Here's a taste:

  • Consult client executives and HR professionals to understand and prioritize the people challenges and needs in their strategies, changes and business plans, and translate them into organizational design, culture, capabilities, processes and tools.
  • Build and implement end to end solutions for organizational re-designs, Mergers & Acquisitions (Due Diligence through PMIs), value creation programs and other strategic transformations.
  • Network, collaborate and partner closely with leaders and colleagues, both within EY and across clients to proactively identify market and client needs and build relevant solutions to achieve their business objectives
  • Write proposals, carry out organizational and people assessments and gap analysis, and compose reports with analytics, insights, and recommendations
  • Conduct research and best practice benchmarking
  • Understand and customize EY global materials to client, industry and local (Israel) needs


What kind of experience and capabilities are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of consulting experience working with/in dynamic companies – global, Israeli, different industries. Would be great if you have experience working in another consulting company.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to connect trends and challenges between the business, organizational and people needs to bring insights and solutions
  • Proven track record of building and implementing innovative, best practice people programs and change initiatives
  • Proven track record of partnering with and advising leadership teams of all levels, including working closely with C-level executives
  • Fluent English, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both writing and presenting)
  • Proactive and passionate about what you do and about getting results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including excel
  • Other Skills that would give you an edge: writing communications and creating communications plans; building and facilitating sessions (though we are not looking for training experience)
