PRIMARY CLASS TEACHER AT OKOTA-ISOLO
- Create an inviting, effective, and growth-oriented learning environment.
- Engage pupils using an inquiry-based, integrated curriculum that inspires intellectual curiosity, reinforces the joy of learning, and enables all pupils to thrive.
- Develop meaningful relationships with pupils and parents that inspire children to love learning and make exceptional academic gains.
- Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
- Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
- Deliver personalized instruction to each pupil by encouraging interactive learning.
- Plan and implement educational activities and events.
- Ensure your classroom is clean and orderly.
- Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and term report cards.
- Evaluate and document students’ progress.
- Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests
Requirement
- OND, HND, or BSc in Business management, Admin Management, Accounting, Finance or another relevant Degree.
- Must have Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) experience
- A minimum of (4) years of experience as a teacher or in similar role
- In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good communication skills are essential
- Montessori Training is also an asset
