The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute, a leading tertiary care Hospital, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position of Project Manager:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate efforts across projects between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and supplier relationships.
- Manage construction schedule and activities to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables.
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines to the hospital leadership.
- Act as a quality control checkpoint for projects
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes.
- Supervise the work of laborers etc. and give them guidance when needed.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- To perform any other duties according to instructions of HOD / Management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Applicant should possess a qualification of BE (masters preferred) in Electronics/Electrical/Civil with more than 10 years of professional experience
- Management, Organizational and leadership, along with Strong Analytical, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Inventory Management,
- Interpersonal Relationship, Good Verbal and Written Communication, Comfortable in Reading and Understanding Blueprints and Drawings, Proficient in Microsoft Office and General Computer Software, Demonstrated knowledge of Construction, Engineering, and Architecture Principles, Ability to Budget, Schedule, Negotiate, and Control Costs, High degree of familiarity with Contract, Subcontract Documents, Terms and Conditions.
