We are a very successful garden maintenance business which was has been established for the past 38 years!
Due to significant growth, we are looking for a qualified gardener to join the team. Extremely long-lasting customer relationships, with minimal travel time due to close proximity of jobs. Operating in Boroondara, Whitehorse, Monash.
- $32 to$35ph, depending on experience
- This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of all gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and green waste removal
- Attend to any gardening requests by the client
- Ensure all sites are free of rubbish, debris and are safe for our clients
- Complete additional ad-hoc tasks delegated to you
- Must have the ability to liaise with clients
- Ability to manage sub-contractors when required
- Previous experience in outdoor gardening and/or landscaping roles (highly desired)
- Ability to work on tasks both independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Have a great eye for detail & excellent communication skills

- Current Police Check certificate (required, we can complete for you!)
- Valid driver's licence (required)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date
