Responsibilities:
1. Brand Catalogue photoshoot
2. Approach potential customers at their doorsteps and initiate conversations to introduce the app.
3. Deliver compelling sales pitches to highlight the features, benefits, and value proposition of the mobile app.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
5. Understand customer needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly to showcase how the app can meet their requirements.
6. Answer customer inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the app's functionality, updates, and competitive advantages.
8. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team goals.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and customer interactions, in the CRM system.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and support marketing initiatives.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the management team.
12. Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a door-to-door sales environment.
2. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
5. Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
8. Knowledge of mobile apps, technology trends, and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate product features.
9. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections.
10. High level of integrity and professionalism in representing the company and its products.
