HPS Communications Manager (f/m/d) to manage marketing and communications activities to increase awareness of HPS and highlight the impact HPS has on Siemens Healthineers.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will manage the internal communication activities within Siemens Healthineers and across the HPS community. You will be responsible for the communication strategy and related multi-media communication activities. Daily work will vary, but includes creating newsletters, and podcasts, publishing articles on the SHS Intranet, organizing photos and videos, designing visuals, graphics and general communication consulting for the HPS team.
  • As important as the activities themselves is the measurement of KPIs to determine communication outcomes. Part of the role will be maintaining a network of internal communications colleagues within the business units and supporting them in specific communication tasks.
  • You will be managing communication activities also means driving external communication at Siemens Healthineers in close coordination within the company’s communications department by advising the HPSO Leadership Team on external communication issues.
  • You will partner with the Head of HPS Program Development, the HPSO Leadership team and the HPS Leader community to maintain and execute improvement projects and communication activities to support HPS scale-up and drive business impact.
  • You will play a leading role in developing and executing the HPS Annual Conference

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You have a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • You have several years of experience in B2B communication and a passion for Lean Management
  • You have a proven track record of success in managing a channel mix and driving KPI-based results, i.e. in web, social media or search
  • You excel with excellent strategic, interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills across diverse businesses, cultures, and levels of leadership
  • You have the ability to effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries globally and work in a cross-functional team environment
  • You also have detailed knowledge of core concepts in regard to

o Lean Management and Business Agility

o Learning, Leadership and Management

o Project Management

o Continuous improvement


Your attributes and skills:
  • You have strong project and process management skills
  • You have the proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality results
  • You have excellent writing and editing English skills, within a strong attention to detail
  • You are proactive, results oriented, flexible, and adaptable
  • Your ability to think strategically and creatively, within a passion for innovation and experimentation are rounding up your profile
  • You are proficient with MS Office 365 (PPT, Word, Excel, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Knowledge of healthcare business is preferred
