Accenture´s Industry Consulting group is looking for a Senior Manager Resources who will be part of a well-established industry team in Stavanger. Supported by experienced colleagues, the new Senior Manager will become the trusted partner to our clients, guiding them in the energy transition.

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and proactive leader who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, while still having a practical approach and expertise. The role is part of the Nordic Resources Strategy & Consulting team with key objective to grow the practice and business in Stavanger.

Requirements:

You have extensive consulting and team lead experience within energy transition. You have a track record from supporting transformations in the industry, and you know what it takes to further grow and build a practice. You have a commercial orientation and understanding, and you possess the ability to build and maintain a business network, while identifying new opportunities for customers.

With strong leadership skills and project experience, you are used to building relationships while communicating effectively with different stakeholders, both internally and externally. The position requires a master’s degree and a methodical, analytical, and systematic approach.
