We are looking for an Warehouse Operations Manager for our warehouse in Manisa.
This role will be responsible for development and implementation of warehouse and ground operations strategy.
Main aim is to provide smooth operations for movement, storage and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, packaging and for sure our most valuable asset- employees!
Through this way, meeting cost, quality, customer and market-specific requirements in line with the business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to define warehouse and manual handling strategy in line with business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines and policies
- Ensure development and implementation of warehouse and manual handling plans, budgets and measures
- Ensure ground operations activities to receive in-coming shipment and process out-going shipment within service performance timings
- Lead maintenance of stock information, monitor daily material movement and actual production schedules versus inventory levels
- Using WMS technologies in daily activities. Experience from planning to implementation.
- Ensure and exercise inventory accuracy of customers' inventory by conducting daily/ weekly inventory cycle counts
- Track inspection of incoming material for conformity with order specifications and any defects
- Ensure implementation of safety/ security and inventory control programs to ensure goods equipment are safely operated, and properly maintained and stored
- Ensure efficient and economical utilization of warehouse facilities and resources for storing and distributing material goods including raw materials, finished products, tools, packaging materials and employee workforce.
- Review existing operation performance, data and facilities to identify effective distribution and transportation patterns for products
- Examine effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization and protection of equipment, and make recommendations for improvements
- Study issues, determine opportunities and introduce best practices for warehouse and manual handling methods and techniques focusing on promoting efficiency, faster service and lower costs.
- Leading warehouse supervisors aligned with strategy; develop and coach them.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering
- 5 years of similar experience in a management role.
- Fluent English
